White Cottage strives to make every fabric displayed on this website as accurate as possible, but we do not guarantee the fabric colors and patterns are exactly the same as the real material.
Due to the large variation of monitors, video cards, operating systems and internet browsers and the effects each has on each other, we cannot guarantee the fabric colors displayed on our website. Patterns may vary size-wise and we recommend ordering swatches of our fabrics before purchasing for a better representation of the final product. Dye lots do change in each fabric roll we order, so even with the swatch in-hand your final product may vary ever so slightly if from a different dye lot.  Fabric availability is always subject to change.
